Dr. Mark Chiu received his Bachelor's of Science and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto. He completed his postgraduate orthopedic residency training at the University of Toronto and additional fellowship training in joint replacements and trauma at the St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto.
Dr. Chiu specializes in joint replacements and sports medicine, including minimally invasive ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair, knee arthroscopy, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, and labral repairs.
Dr. Chiu is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of British Columbia as well as at the Simon Fraser University School of Medicine.
Consultations with Dr. Chiu require a referral from a general practitioner.
